With one of the core objective of Connect[IN] initiative, to scout Startups, provide them with training and mentorship in the Incubation programe, and finally take the most promising startups to the finale and bring the dream come true, the event is all set to rock the stage on 19th of January, 2019. The organizers hosted series of college and youth level promotional activities and Ideation workshops in various cities to look for the entrepreneurial enthusiasts.
Entrepreneurship has taken a giant leap in the country with the involvement of so many start ups and the accelerator programs and incubation agencies. The Nepalese and Indian entrepreneurial ecosystem is at its prime. Whether it is in the area of technology, ecommerce, travel or agriculture, startups are designing and implementing matchless ideas. On the contrary, for these ideas to make the impact there is a need of serious support systems. These great leadership minds of the two countries need to be invested in and connected to the support system actors.
‘For the Better Market’ the Clock b Business Innovations and Embassy of India has well understood the need of collaboration and networking. Nepalese market remains interesting, creative yet fragile and is vulnerable to external climates. Indian market is undergoing a Startup revolution, so to say, and the entrepreneurs are raring to take the challenge to the Goliath. In order for the market to develop, all the market actors need to unite and create a business community that builds, earns and prospers together.
At a time when Nepali startups are trying to make footprints in various business sectors, it has become important to connect them with budding entrepreneurs from other countries and various players of the startup ecosystem. In 24 March 2018, Clock b Business Innovations and Embassy of India introduced a never-before matchless platform; Connect[IN] – International Entrepreneurship Conclave. This programme brought together over 400 Nepalese and Indian startups, entrepreneurs, investors, venture capitalists, aspiring youths, experts, high ranking Nepali and Indian government officials and representatives from media.
Keeping the same fervor, Clock b Business Innovations is designing a platform that focuses on supporting the young entrepreneurial community of Nepal and creating an idea exchange platform for entrepreneurs from India and Nepal. Connect [IN] – 2nd International Entrepreneurship Conclave promotes the young entrepreneurs to connect with investors and venture capitalists, discuss with the entrepreneurial ecosystem actors and network with fellow entrepreneurs from India.
This event at its core is designed to celebrate entrepreneurship and its spirit.
Few reasons to attend the international conclave are:
