Arrival time to space at 1200 hours!!

A beautiful flight attendant makes an announcement,” Ladies and Gentle men, fasten your seat belt, as you will be arriving to space in few moment, ETA 1200 hours earth’s time”. Yes, you heard it right; it will not take longer to hear those and will actually travel the space. Let us get a little back to the history of space adventure, starting from Russian who actually made space travel possible. Even International space station, ISS was and taken care by Russian cosmonaut who spends half of their life in the space. Only Russian were back then able of use the technology but then later was joined by the USA in the conquest of space.

But now things have changed after men landed on moon, arguable though but still we have come way forward. There are commercial so called Space liners who are willing to provide once in a life time, opportunity to travel in the infinite space. So, what exactly is space tourism? Will you be able to sit and relax in the five star hotels on the moon? Or say just drop by to Mars and see why it is actually called red planet?

It is still not clear that how exactly would it move. There are different types of proposal from using the International Space Station as a hotel or having some capsules types for individual or just having the orbital flight for few minutes or few hours and coming back. Different companies have kept forward different sort of ideas. Companies like Space X, Virgin Atlantic, Atlantic etc, and Boeing are some of the big fish who are frying the consumers, in fact have convincingly sold the idea to the user and all flights are booked already. Sure the normal airliners would be just wishing to get some piece of it, because of the cost of its boarding pass. Space tourism that is currently happening is the orbital one, where the space craft takes off the ground, fights the gravity of the earth, kisses her good bye and voila, you are in space. You feel weightlessness for a while; you see the sun and other heavenly bodies, get some selfie, groupie and come back home happily.

So who are the one who are putting their resources on the line just to get to the life time event, a moment that you would cherish your whole life even if you already cross over. Still not that digestible to us, specially the cost it’s covering but someday it will. You could buy space plane ticket from travel and tour. Just like that and go for a holiday worth spending once in a while with your loved ones, may be a wedding gift or propose your girlfriend or for your bromance. Space is our next frontier, but on the other side we have not yet fully understood our own mother earth. So rather than getting to the space for fun, why not we invest for our own being for their health, for the live improvement, for precious human life.
